Deciding that you want to get a personal trainer is the first step in what will be
an epic journey but no-one likes a boring, tiresome and repetitive journey. That
is why I don’t believe in too much time on treadmills or tedious hours spent going
over the same exercises again and again.
I believe that one of the most important things is that you enjoy yourself. Having
fun training means you will get more from your workouts and secondly it increases
the likelihood you will push yourself the extra yards to succeed. Using the most
appropriate method for the individual I tailor every hour to your goals and fitness
abilities. Most importantly I makes the sessions enjoyable & something that you look
forward to rather than dread.
