Having not used a personal trainer before I was a bit unsure of what to expect and
thought that it would be very repetitive and boring! However it’s great with Tim,
he prepares the exercise plans before the sessions and the variety makes each session
different from the last. This coupled with his enthusiasm makes the hard work hugely
enjoyable. The combination of being able to do some sessions outdoors to compliment
the gym work also appealed to me and within a short time you can tell / feel the
benefits of training with Tim.

I've now been training with Tim for nearly two years and still look forward to every
session. All my training plans are varied and involve a lot of things that I find
fun such as balance work and mini circuits. I've never been particularly competitive
but since having personal training, Tim has inspired me to do a 5k, 10k, half marathon
and this summer I'm doing my first triathlon!
