I used to occasionally go to the gym quite a few years ago but since having children,
my keeping fit time vanished. Now that they have both started school I felt like
I wanted to get back into shape again. When I started training with Tim I was a bit
nervous and felt slightly self conscious, but Tim put me immediately at ease. I told
him that I wanted to lose some weight and generally feel a bit healthier and he devised
an excellent training plan, also advising me on a few things I could be doing at
home. I’ve now been with Tim just over a year and can really feel and see the difference
in my body and fitness levels.
I started training with Tim after signing up for my first Triathlon and realising
that I might need a bit of help and guidance to survive. He gave me a 12 week overview
and each week provided me with detailed training sessions for each discipline. He
is always willing to answer any questions as well as provide support or help tailor
it as other commitments come up. The gym sessions are tough but very rewarding. The
triathlon went so well I signed up for two more this year and hope that Tim can get
me round faster than last time.
